Why You'll Love It
Unity delivers the look of a full, bouncy cut without the time or effort one requires. The hair from the crown measures 11.5" with the back being longer at 9.5" gives the style its volume and movement. The shorter sides measure 6.75" to keep the shape balanced and flattering from every angle. The hidden weft construction means there are no visible weft lines at the hairline - the inside of the cap is deliberately constructed to conceal the wefts, creating a cleaner, more natural-looking front. The parting can be worn centre or swept to either side depending on your preference, giving you genuine everyday versatility from a single style.
Because the fibre is heat-friendly you can use a round brush and diffuser to add extra bounce, a flat iron to smooth individual sections or a curling wand to personalise the finish - all at a low heat setting. At 4.1oz it sits comfortably on the head throughout the day. The velvet nape sits gently against the back of the neck, preventing irritation and keeping the wig securely in place.

Once the hair cools it holds its new shape. Between washes the fibre returns to its original blowout style on its own - no restyling needed. It won't take colour or permanent treatments, but for everyday versatility it sits comfortably between standard synthetic and human hair.
Wig Cap Construction
Unity uses Gabor's inside hidden weft cap - an open wefted construction with a deliberately concealed weft at the front hairline. Standard wefted caps have visible weft strips that can sometimes be seen at the hairline when the hair is parted or lifted. The hidden weft construction positions the front weft on the inside of the cap so it is not visible from the outside - creating a cleaner, more natural-looking hairline without a lace front.
There is no monofilament feature and no lace front - the parting is flexible and can be worn centre or to either side, which is an unusual feature in a non-monofilament cap. The open ear tabs allow glasses to be worn comfortably without the wig gripping or shifting. The velvet nape sits softly against the back of the neck for all-day comfort. Adjustable straps at the nape allow for a secure, comfortable fit.

- Detangle gently using a wide-tooth comb or metal-pinned wig brush
- Wash with synthetic wig shampoo and conditioner only

When first receiving your wig in the post, it's normal to feel a little
overwhelmed. Wearing a wig maybe something completely new to you,
however, there's no need to worry. At Joseph’s Wigs, we completely
understand your confusion and love to help wig wearers feel at ease with
the whole process, no matter what stage of the journey you're at.

Washing a wig plays a key role in wig maintenance
to ensure long-lasting quality and to maintain its initial shine. Using
a wig washing kit, shampoo and condition the wig thoroughly, rinse the
wig with clean water after each step. Then, once cleaned, place the wig
onto a styling head (which you can anchor down using a suction wig clamp
holder) and begin brushing the wig gently from the ends of the hair to
the crown. Finally, leave the wig to dry and it’ll begin to adopt its
natural style again.

The price of a wig can range anywhere between £65.00 - £3,000.00,
depending on whether you choose to buy a human hair wig or synthetic
wig. If you're looking for a longer-lasting wig solution, ideal for
medical reasons, then we would suggest investing in a human hair wig for
the most natural and comfortable look possible. However, if you're
looking for a temporary wig to try new styles, for example, then opt for
a synthetic wig that's lower in cost.

Synthetic wigs are made with fibre strands to simulate the natural

technology means they're created almost parallel to the quality of real
