The Orchid Collection is the new name for the well-established brand of Revlon ladies wigs synonymous with affordable high quality.
Offering both monofilament and wefted constructions made using human hair for natural-looking styles, they offer a wide variety of easy-to-wear sophisticated styles with a touch of class, glamour and elegance.
Hair Type
Human hair wigs look incredibly realistic because they use real hair. The texture, movement, and shine are much closer to natural hair than synthetic alternatives. The natural fibres of human hair wigs make them more breathable and comfortable to wear, particularly for people with sensitive scalps.
Human hair wigs can be cut and styled just like natural hair. Heated tools like straighteners, curling irons, and blow dryers without damaging the hair and tend to last longer than synthetic wigs, often lasting around 9 to 12 months with proper care, while synthetic wigs typically last only 3 to 5 months.
Wig Cap Construction
The 100% hand-tied cap is fully adjustable and features an ear-to-ear lace front for an almost undetectable hairline finish, PU patches at the ear tabs, a soft monofilament top construction which allows the parting to be moved and creates the illusion of natural hair growth.
The cap has been made using specially selected materials, which are breathable and used for their softness to ensure maximum comfort at all times. It's lightweight and ideal for those with sensitive scalps, those undergoing chemotherapy or experiencing alopecia.

When first receiving your wig in the post, it's normal to feel a little
overwhelmed. Wearing a wig maybe something completely new to you,
however, there's no need to worry. At Joseph’s Wigs, we completely
understand your confusion and love to help wig wearers feel at ease with
the whole process, no matter what stage of the journey you're at.

Washing a wig plays a key role in wig maintenance
to ensure long-lasting quality and to maintain its initial shine. Using
a wig washing kit, shampoo and condition the wig thoroughly, rinse the
wig with clean water after each step. Then, once cleaned, place the wig
onto a styling head (which you can anchor down using a suction wig clamp
holder) and begin brushing the wig gently from the ends of the hair to
the crown. Finally, leave the wig to dry and it’ll begin to adopt its
natural style again.

The price of a wig can range anywhere between £65.00 - £3,000.00,
depending on whether you choose to buy a human hair wig or synthetic
wig. If you're looking for a longer-lasting wig solution, ideal for
medical reasons, then we would suggest investing in a human hair wig for
the most natural and comfortable look possible. However, if you're
looking for a temporary wig to try new styles, for example, then opt for
a synthetic wig that's lower in cost.
Choosing the right wig size for you will depend on your head

Synthetic wigs are made with fibre strands to simulate the natural
appearance of human hair. Although synthetic wigs are man-made, advanced
technology means they're created almost parallel to the quality of real
hair.
